The Acudor FW-5050-ACF is a fire-rated, insulated, metal access door with acoustical properties. The FW-5050-ACF is designed for walls when temperature rise or heat transmission is a factor. The FW-5050-ACF has been tested for sound transmission to STC29 and OITC24. FOR VERTICAL INSTALLATION ONLY.

- Steel or Stainless Steel: 20 gauge door, 16 gauge mounting frame. Door filled with 2” thick fire-rated insulation. Flange to be 1” wide

- Fire Rating (Walls)
- Warnock Hersey fire-rated up to 1.5 hours, certified to UL 10B and CAN/ULC S104 1.5 hour neutral pressure fire-rating. Temp rise 30 minutes. 250º C (482º F) Max. ASTM E90:2009.
- Sound Transmission Rating
- ASTM E413 STC29 and ASTM E1332 OITC24
- Standard Compliances
- UL10B; CAN/ULC S104; NFPA 80.
- Standard Latch
- Universal self-latching bolt, operated by either a knurled knob or flush key. When master keying is requred, doors can be prepared for mortise cylinder locks.
- Finish
- Baked white prime coat (Additional finish paint is recommended for superior corrosion resistance)
