This is WP-14 — sixteen feet of 6 in. 16 ga stud with a window in it. Five steps between your plans and your wall, and what each one saves you.

Step 1: Drawn

It Starts as a Line
on Your Plans.

Send the plans or configure it online. WP-14 gets its own elevation — every stud, the header, the opening — and nothing is cut until you approve it.

Step 2: Cut

Cut to the Sixteenth.

The cut list is nested against stock lengths before a saw starts. Studs, cripples and sills come off the line bundled for the table they are headed to.

On a jigged table, against a stop, waist-high. Screws at the spacing on the drawing, squared corner to corner, sheathed or insulated if you asked for it.

Step 4: Tagged & loaded

Loaded in Set Order.

WP-14 gets its tag and goes on the truck in reverse — the last panel to set goes on first — so nobody on site sorts through a pile to find the next wall. That holds whether the job is across town or across the country: we ship nationwide.

Step 5: Flown & set

Flown to the Floor.
Screwed Off. Done.

The boom truck lifts it to Level 2, two people guide it onto the layout line, and it is a wall. Then the next one comes off the truck. Set them with your own crew, or have ours do it — installation is available.
